The Maximum Result and the Minimal Risk with the Pineapple Diet

Looking for some new ways to lose weight, I‘ve tried tens of different diets, but it’s hard to say whether they really helped me. Usually I lost a few pounds, but then put on weight very rapidly, so the result was zero.

The Pineapple Diet is one of those rare methods to lose weight and enjoy the result for a long time. Pineapples contain enzymes, which resist fat accumulation.

The Pineapple Diet Program

You’ll need 2 kg pineapples or 1 liter pineapple juice, which doesn’t contain sugar. Slice or dice the pineapple and make four portions. This is your daily ration. The first portion is for breakfast, the second one is for lunch, the third is for dinner, and the fourth is a snack after dinner. During the day, you should drink 1 liter of pineapple juice. You shouldn’t eat anything else, except these portions.
If it is really hard to keep to such a strict diet, you can eat 100 g chicken or boiled meet, 100 g cottage cheese and 1 piece of rye bread.
As the Pineapple Diet lasts a week, you can have two fasting days. Keeping to this diet, you can loose about 4 pounds in 2 days with the minimal risk to your health.
This diet really helps, besides the achieved result remains for the months to come.
